I went in for my first visit today and decided to have facial then, Ash is very knowledgeable and professional. On top of that, she’s very passionate about her services and never rushes. She even gave me a shoulder and hand massage on top of my facial and it was AMAZING. I felt like I have been born again with a new skin. But she makes it personal!I have just arrived in Melbourne and wanted to trust someone with a well needed skin care. She is beyond knowledgeable, but she goes above and beyond in so many ways!After a fantastic cleanse, facial and LED light therapy, Ashvinnie gave me some products that have done my face wonders. Following that, she gave me instructions by text to be sure I didn’t miss any instructions she gave while I was in pure bliss. Following that, I came back for some cleanser. Ashvinnie was out of the office on this day, but she left it at the front desk of the building so I could collect on my own time🙂 she has furthermore checked in on me to see how my routine is going twice since my facial!I couldn’t be more thankful and wouldn’t trust anyone else in Melbourne with my skin care needs.
